Jess is a UK based therapist who works with Anxiety Disorders and OCD & host of the Anxiously Capable Podcast and runs the Instagram Account @TherapyWithJessEden.

Jess was initially trained as a person centred counsellor and now work integratively using evidence based therapy and treatment (ACT, I-CBT, CBT & Exposure and Response prevention).
